In case of several people applying for the same orchestral section, there will be a selection process in order to fill the available places with the most suitable candidates. Therefore, we encourage you to send us a video of yourself playing or singing the excerpts we will provide you once the application is submitted.

On April 15th 2019 you will receive a CONFIRMATION EMAIL. In this email you will find detailed information about your participation as player in the orchestra or singer in the choir, as well as the payment instructions. Please, do not book any flights before the receipt of this confirmation email!

All accepted applicants must do the PAYMENT of the participation fee before April 31st 2019. Applicants who do not pay the participation fee before this deadline will not be considered as participants. If you need a deadline extension for payment contact us.

In the event you want to participate but are not able to arrive on 18.07.2019, please contact us. Due to budget reasons we cannot offer a discount on the participation fee, so you will have to pay the full amount. However, bear in mind you might miss some great fun in activities like the International Dinner and many others social events…
